His Opinion: La camera era un po' spartana, poco spaziosa e sfornita di alcuni comfort cui sono abituata (es. bollitore, blocchetto per appunti e penna/matita, ...).
Prezzo decisamente troppo alto per una soluzione di quel tipo.
Ottimi invece il ristorante (sia cucina che sala) e la massaggiatrice.
La SPA davvero piccola e un po' costosa.

His Opinion: The Shalai Resort in Linguaglossa was excellent. The staff were all courteous and professional, very willing to help or assist. Our room was spotlessly clean, even the balcony outside. There were very good restaurants nearby, as were Mt. Etna wineries and the beautiful town of Taormina. This was a very relaxing hotel, just right after a busy day enjoying Sicily.

Il personale ci ha trattati con grandissimo riguardo organizzando per noi cene ed escursioni. La nostra camera era arredata in maniera moderna con ogni comfort.
Anche il ristorante interno all'hotel è ottimo. Ci abbiamo cenato due volte con grande soddisfazione anche grazie ai preziosi consigli di Leonardo per ciò che riguarda i vini. Ho provato anche i servizi del centro benessere: massaggio e trattamento viso eseguiti alla perfezione e con ottimi prodotti da Samuela. Senza dubbio una esperienza da ripetere.

Un véritable cocon dans une belle demeure.
Le restaurant est aussi un délice, une invitation au voyage des saveurs siciliennes.
Sans oublier, le personnel très professionnel, attentionné, dévoué, et fort sympathique, qui agrémente le cachet de cet hotel.

His Opinion: The shalai resort is absolutely lovely. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The spa is delightful and again the staff are very good. The dinner at the restaurant was fabulous and the breakfasts were full of local delicacies. I would highly recommend staying
